Upon completion of training, PCLF individuals must:

Be contracted to rehearse in main care at an authorized rural Oregon training website within ninety days of graduation or conclusion of residency (if relevant); AND

Provide a year of medical solution in a authorized Oregon that is rural practice for every single 12 months of money gotten; AND

Offer no less than 32 hours per week of direct client care per week with in an authorized rural Oregon training website through the duration of their solution responsibility.

Post-graduation PCLF individuals must:
